Research Experience
Like volunteerwork and clinical exposure, research experience is an important part of your application. It is not essential, but it demonstrates intellectual curiosity, and more importantly, the ability to work hard in an academic setting. These are qualities that are cherished by every admissions committee.
Your counselor will advise you on whether or not to pursue research, which opportunities to consider, how to be hired, and how to present your experience in the most favorable light in applications and interview.
Be Prepared... Be Confident... Be Admitted!
